Bag and Bale Ltd launched the all new “PLASTIC WIRE” to replace conventional baling wire within the RDF/SDF arena in August 2014 at the RWM.
Since launch, the demand for this product type has been higher than originally anticipated and we are already supplying in excess of 10tonnes per Month to the UK. As a result of the demand we are now taking forward orders from major clients to ensure there are sufficient stocks held in the UK to guarantee continuity.
Bale weights of circa 950Kg have been achieved, with test carried out with a large number of baler manufacturers.
The product is available in the UK in 13000m reels, which is at present the choice of the majority, as the number of changes/re-threading of wire is significantly reduced.
